Retardation. Major!

Saturday, August 26th, 2006

As far as I’m concerned the mid-semester exams have been quite detrimental to my health; because a)it was a major last minute studying (hell in law, that cannot be possible, dude!)  and b) i have real sucky time-management. Now that the exams are over with (with exception to FIM on the 16th, dang!) I can probably concentrate on better time-management and better organization of notes and stuff. As far as I’m concerned, I could remember the GPL 1 cases rather okay, considering the fact that I have such a limited memory up here. Now I think I need to put ‘em on cards or sumthin. I NEED to go to IKEA. Period.

Can’t think.

Can’t think.

Can’t think.

Why? I’m gonna be missing Blackburn v Chelsea match! FUCK! AND the stupid tv won’t even air most of rovers’ games, which is shitty enough. I guess I’ll go rant somewhere else, in some other way that is condusive to my sort of personality (i.e. kicking the cupboard door).

Why Are Jews So Powerful?

Saturday, August 12th, 2006

I got a forwarded email today. Almost always I will never open it; I’d just delete it straight away. Somehow, the topic was very interesting: "Why Are Jews So Powerful?". It didn’t specify who the writer was, but the answer to that question, question Muslims and perhaps the whole international community has been asking since the illegitimate birth of condemned Israel: Why are the jews so powerful?

Whenever posed with the question, the answer will always be quite long; lack of unity amongst Muslim nations, US sanction of everything Israel, the dummy of a supposed "International Body", The United Nations, because they are rich, because tey control America who controls the world’s economy..etc.

Yet the real reason behind it has never been simpler. It is KNOWLEDGE. I have indeed been wondering about this, why are they so powerful when there are so many of us Muslims? I myself have never been a great fan of the Arab countries, for I think that they are like toothless lions. They have the mane (that is the bounty of the oil Allah has given to their barren land), yet when they roar, it actually sounds more like a kitten’s meow. And that’s even if they actually do meow. Here you have, now two countries, under attack by a nation that does not even occupy the land legally, breaches every possible international humanitarian law, law of a nation’s sovereignity, and basic moral human principle there is, and yet whose tanks barrage freely into the sovereign states of Palestine and Lebanon. Muslims can’t do anything about it, even the UN is rendered to an extent that it looks like a beaten-up slave!

So when the lecturer actually ask me the reason why the Jews are so powerful, I could only reply to her what I firmly believe, that is they have the knowledge. The Muslims, however, are too busy selling oil to the US who in 20 years are gonna have more oil reserved in their tanks and the Arabs then have to buy from them at a much higher price, the internal battle between sects, and mocking one another for not implementing his version of Islamic law. She actually said that it was a very lengthy process, but I refuse to agree. It has been a logic I’ve been trying to propagate, and finally this particular article has said, in a more cohesive anylisis, what I’ve been trying to say.

We can’t blindly hate something without having a reason why. There is NO WAY that we can run from them, being the kind of society that we are and the states on which our economy depend on. But we can acquire knowledge, it is Jihad in it’s purity, and beat them at their own game. That is how the Jews are able to hold the world in their one hand; all 14 million of them. It’s apparently okay to sabotage a few things, like Coke for example, but can you honestly tell me that you’d boycott KFC? or McDonalds? Can you stop "googling" for answers on the net? Can you stop vaccinating you kids from Polio because a JEW invented it? Can you unwind and dismantle all the fibre optic cables by which I’m able to connect to the net and post this to you? Your pants might be Levi’s, your t-shirt Polo, and you might be eating chocolate chip ice cream from Baskin Robbins while surfing on a Dell.

So another question is, what do you do when they control the economy? Do you cease trade with the US because frankly, any sane (or insane) person can tell you that the Jews run it. Do you sabotage everything?

Enjoy the short article. Much is to be said pertaining to this matter.

Why
are Jews so powerful? AND Why are Muslims so powerless?

Why
  are Jews so powerful?

There are only
14 million Jews in the world; seven million in the

Americas

,
five million in Asia, two million in Europe and 100,000 in

Africa

.
For every single Jew in the world there are 100 Muslims. Yet, Jews are more
than a hundred times more powerful than all the Muslims put together. Ever
  wondered why?

Jesus of

Nazareth

was Jewish.
Albert Einstein, the most influential scientist of all time and TIME magazine’s
‘Person of the Century’, was a Jew. Sigmund Freud — id, ego, superego — the
father of psychoanalysis was a Jew. So were Karl Marx, Paul Samuelson and
  Milton Friedman.

Here are a few
other Jews whose intellectual output has enriched the whole humanity:
Benjamin Rubin gave humanity the vaccinating needle. Jonas Salk developed the
first polio vaccine. Alert Sabin developed the improved live polio vaccine.
Gertrude Elion gave us a leukaemia fighting drug. Baruch Blumberg developed
the vaccination for Hepatitis B. Paul Ehrlich discovered a treatment for
syphilis (a sexually transmitted disease). Elie Metchnikoff won a

 Nobel Prize in infectious diseases.

Bernard Katz won
a Nobel Prize in neuromuscular transmission. Andrew Schally won a Nobel in
endocrinology (disorders of the endocrine system; diabetes, hyperthyroidism).
Aaron Beck founded Cognitive Therapy (psychotherapy to treat mental
disorders, depression and phobias). Gregory Pincus developed the first oral
contraceptive pill. George Wald won a Nobel for furthering our understanding
  of the human eye.

Stanley

Cohen won a Nobel in embryology (study of embryos and their development).
Willem Kolff came up with the kidney dialysis machine.

Over the past
105 years, 14 million Jews have won 15-dozen Nobel Prizes while only three
Nobel Prizes have been won by 1.4 billion Muslims (other than Peace Prizes).

Why are Jews so
  powerful?

Stanley

Mezor invented the first micro-processing chip. Leo Szilard developed the
first nuclear chain reactor. Peter Schultz, optical fibre cable; Charles
Adler, traffic lights; Benno Strauss, Stainless steel; Isador Kisee, sound
movies; Emile Berliner, telephone microphone and Charles Ginsburg, videotape
  recorder.

Famous
financiers in the business world who belong to Jewish faith include Ralph
  Lauren (Polo),

Levis

Strauss (Levi’s Jeans), Howard Schultz (Starbuck’s), Sergey Brin (Google),
Michael Dell (Dell Computers), Larry Ellison (Oracle), Donna Karan (DKNY),
Irv Robbins (Baskins & Robbins) and Bill Rosenberg (Dunkin Donuts).

Richard Levin,
President of Yale University, is a Jew. So are Henry Kissinger (American
secretary of state), Alan Greenspan (fed chairman under Reagan, Bush, Clinton
  and Bush),

Joseph

Lieberman,
Madeleine Albright (American secretary of state), Casper Weinberger (American
secretary of defence), Maxim Litvinov (USSR foreign Minister), David Marshal
(Singapore’s first chief minister), Issac Isaacs (governor-general of
Australia), Benjamin Disraeli (British statesman and author), Yevgeny Primakov
(Russian PM), Barry Goldwater, Jorge Sampaio (president of Portugal), John
Deutsch (CIA director), Herb Gray (Canadian deputy PM), Pierre Mendes (French
PM), Michael Howard (British home secretary), Bruno Kreisky (chancellor of
Austria) and Robert Rubin (American secretary of treasury).

In the media,
famous Jews include Wolf Blitzer (CNN), Barbara Walters (ABC News), Eugene
Meyer (Washington Post), Henry Grunwald (editor-in-chief Time), Katherine
Graham (publisher of The Washington Post),

Joseph

Lelyyeld (Executive editor, The New York Times), and Max Frankel (New York
  Times).

Can you name the
most beneficent philanthropist in the history of the world? The name is
George Soros, a Jew, who has so far donated a colossal $4 billion most of
which has gone as aid to scientists and universities around the world. Second
to George Soros is Walter Annenberg, another Jew, who has built a hundred
libraries by donating an estimated $2 billion.

At the Olympics,
Mark Spitz set a record of sorts by wining seven gold medals. Lenny
Krayzelburg is a three-time Olympic gold medalist. Spitz, Krayzelburg and
  Boris Becker are all Jewish.

Did you know
that Harrison Ford, George Burns, Tony Curtis, Charles Bronson, Sandra
Bullock, Billy Crystal, Woody Allen, Paul Newman, Peter Sellers, Dustin
Hoffman, Michael Douglas, Ben Kingsley, Kirk Douglas, Goldie Hawn, Cary
Grant, William Shatner, Jerry Lewis and Peter Falk are all Jewish? As a
  matter of fact,

Hollywood

itself was founded by a Jew. Among directors and producers, Steven Spielberg,
Mel Brooks, Oliver Stone, Aaron Spelling (

Beverly Hills

90210), Neil Simon (The Odd
  Couple), Andrew Vaina (Rambo

1/2/3

),
  Michael Man (Starsky and Hutch),

Milos

Forman (One flew over the Cuckoo’s Nest), Douglas Fairbanks (The thief of

Baghdad

) and Ivan
  Reitman (Ghostbusters) are all Jewish.

To be certain,

Washington

is the
  capital that matters and in

Washington

the lobby that matters is The American

Israel

Public Affairs Committee,
  or AIPAC.

Washington

knows that if PM Ehud Olmert were to discover that the earth is flat, AIPAC
will make the 109th Congress pass a resolution congratulating Olmert on his
  discovery.

William James
Sidis, with an IQ of 250-300, is the brightest human who ever existed. Guess
what faith did he belong to?

Question:

So,
  why are Jews so powerful?

Answer:
  Education.

Why are Muslims so powerless?

There
are an estimated 1,476,233,470 Muslims on the face of the planet: one billion
  in

Asia

, 400 million in

Africa

,
  44 million in

Europe

and six million in the

Americas

.
Every fifth human being is a Muslim; for every single Hindu there are two
Muslims, for every Buddhist there are two Muslims and for every Jew there are
one hundred Muslims. Ever wondered why Muslims are so powerless?

Here
is why: There are 57 member-countries of the Organisation of Islamic
  Conference (OIC), and all of them put together have around 500 universities;
one university for every three million Muslims. The

United States

  has 5,758 universities and

India

  has 8,407. In 2004,

Shanghai

Jiao

Tong

University

compiled an
‘Academic Ranking of World Universities’, and intriguingly, not one
university from Muslim-majority states was in the top-500.

As
per data collected by the UNDP, literacy in the Christian world stands at
nearly 90 per cent and 15 Christian-majority states have a literacy rate of
100 per cent. A Muslim-majority state, as a sharp contrast, has an average
literacy rate of around 40 per cent and there is no Muslim-majority state
with a literacy rate of 100 per cent. Some 98 per cent of the ‘literates’ in
the Christian world had completed primary school, while less than 50 per cent
of the ‘literates’ in the Muslim world did the same. Around 40 per cent of
the ‘literates’ in the Christian world attended university while no more than
two per cent of the ‘literates’ in the Muslim world did the same.

Muslim-majority
countries have 230 scientists per one million Muslims. The

US

has 4,000
  scientists per million and

Japan

has 5,000 per million. In the entire Arab world, the total number of
full-time researchers is 35,000 and there are only 50 technicians per one
million Arabs (in the Christian world there are up to 1,000 technicians per
one million). Furthermore, the Muslim world spends 0.2 per cent of its GDP on
research and development, while the Christian world spends around five per
  cent of its GDP.

Conclusion: The Muslim world lacks the capacity to produce knowledge.

Daily
newspapers per 1,000 people and number of book titles per million are two
indicators of whether knowledge is being diffused in a society. In

Pakistan

,
there are 23 daily newspapers per 1,000 Pakistanis while the same ratio in

Singapore

is
  360. In the

UK

,
the number of book titles per million stands at 2,000 while the same in

Egypt

is 20.

Conclusion:
The Muslim world is failing to diffuse knowledge.

Exports
of high technology products as a percentage of total exports are an important
  indicator of knowledge application.

Pakistan

’s exports of high
technology products as a percentage of total exports stands at one per cent.
  The same for

Saudi Arabia

  is 0.3 per cent;

Kuwait

,

Morocco

,
  and

Algeria

are all at 0.3 per cent while

Singapore

is at 58 per cent. Conclusion: The Muslim world is failing to apply
  knowledge.

Why
are Muslims powerless? Because we aren’t producing knowledge. Why are Muslims
powerless? Because we aren’t diffusing knowledge. Why are Muslims powerless?
Because we aren’t applying knowledge. And, the future belongs to
  knowledge-based societies.

Interestingly,
the combined annual GDP of 57 OIC-countries is under $2 trillion. America,
  just by herself, produces goods and services worth $12 trillion;

China

$8
  trillion, Japan $3.8 trillion and

Germany

$2.4 trillion (purchasing
  power parity basis).

Oil
rich Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait and Qatar collectively produce goods and
services (mostly oil) worth $500 billion; Spain alone produces goods and
services worth over $1 trillion, Catholic Poland $489 billion and Buddhist
Thailand $545 billion (Muslim GDP as a percentage of world GDP is fast declining).

So,
  why are Muslims so powerless?

Answer:
  Lack of education.

I am

Israel

- I came to a land without a people for a people without a land. Those people
who happened to be here, had no right to be here, and my people showed them
they had to leave or die, razing 480 Palestinian villages to the ground,
erasing their history.

I am

Israel

- some of my people committed massacres and later became Prime Ministers to
represent me. In 1948, Menachem Begin was in charge of the unit that
slaughtered the inhabitants of Deir Yassin, including 100 men, women, and
children. In 1953, Ariel

Sharon

led the slaughter of the inhabitants of Qibya, and in 1982 arranged for our
allies to butcher around 2,000 in the refugee camps of Sabra and Shatilla.

I am

Israel

- carved in 1948 out of 78% of the

land

of

Palestine

,
dispossessing its inhabitants and replacing them with Jews from

Europe

and other parts of the world. While the natives
whose milies lived on this land for thousands of years are not allowed to return,
Jews from all over the world are welcome to instant citizenship.

I am

Israel

- in 1967, I swallowed the remaining lands of Palestine - the West Bank and

Gaza

- and placed their
inhabitants under an oppressive military rule, controlling and humiliating
every aspect of their daily lives. Eventually, they should get the message that
they are not welcome to stay, and join the millions of Palestinian refugees in
the shanty camps of

Lebanon

and

Jordan

.

I am

Israel

- I have the power to control American policy. My American

Israel

Public Affairs Committee can
make or break any politician of its choosing, and as you see, they all compete
to please me. All the forces of the world are powerless against me, including
the UN as I have the American veto to block any condemnation of my war crimes.
As

Sharon

so
eloquently phrased it, "We control

America

".

I am

Israel

- I influence American mainstream media too, and you will always find the news
tailored to my favor. I have invested millions of dollars into PR representation,
and CNN, New York Times, and others have been doing an excellent job of
promoting my propaganda. Look at other international news sources and you will
see the difference.

I am

Israel

- and you Palestinians want to negotiate "peace!"? But you are not as
smart as me; I will negotiate, but will only let you have your municipalities
while I control your borders, your water, your airspace, and anything else of
importance. While we "negotiate," I will swallow your hilltops and
fill them with settlements, populated by the most extremist of my extremists,
armed to the teeth. These settlements will be connected with roads you cannot
use, and you will be imprisoned in your little

Bantustans

between them, surrounded by checkpoints in every direction.

I am

Israel

- with the fourth strongest army in the world, possessing nuclear weapons. How
dare your children confront my oppression with stones, don’t you know my
soldiers won’t hesitate to blow their heads off? In 17 months, I have killed
900 of you and injured 17,000, mostly civilians, and have the mandate to
continue since the international community remains silent. Ignore, as I do, the
hundreds of Israeli soldiers who are now refusing to carry out my control over
your lands and people; their voices of conscience will not protect you.

I am

Israel

- and you want freedom? I have bullets, tanks, missiles, Apaches, and F-16’s,
to obliterate you. I have placed your towns under siege, confiscated your
lands, uprooted your trees, demolished your homes, and you still demand
freedom? Don’t you get the message? You will never have peace or freedom,
because I am

Israel

.

Prisoner At Dusk

listening to: Rammstein - Amour

I think I haven’t ranted much these past few weeks. Truth is I was too lazy. I guess my old self is coming back to haunt the hell outta me. It’s been quite hectic lately since class started and I’ve pretty much been involved in some stuff; nothing too big I suppose if compared to the debaters. I’d like to join the Matriculation Debating team, really. Debating is really fun for me. University debating, as I was told, is really different than the usual school debate, where there are two teams each representing the Government/Affirmative and the Opposition/Negative, 3 speakers on each side. First speaker with roughly 8 minutes to introduce their stand and lay down their arguments, the second and third speaker will well…speak later on, and then there’s a 3-minute break followed by a reply speech. Neat eyh? And what’s better is that we have a few days prior to the debate itself to prepare our arguments, and knowing which side you’re on an hour before the debate is real excellent compared to what I’ve been told about a University debate…*sigh* It’s basically…suicide. You get to know the topic 30-damn-minutes before the debate itself, and each has to talk around 8 minutes, without any 3-minute break for a reply speech. Harder, isn’t it? At least that’s what I thought. But I still wanna go. Have to go if I wanna achieve what I wanna achieve, dude. But it is a love affair, don’t get me wrong. Have always preferred debating to public speaking; you argue, therefore it’s a much more natural process as far as I’m concerned.

Class. Right. Class is really something. Insyaallah I’ll be there for only a year, thus the seemingly jampacked schedule. I’m only seriously packed on Wednesdays, only 2 hours worth of break from 10am-11am, followed by Arabic then another break for Zuhur (and if time permits, lunch..XOXO!) from 1pm-2pm. And it really doesn’t help that I eat like a snail. Oh wait. I think snails eat faster than I do. Hell, someone might already be in Nagasaki by the time I finish my nasik! Last Friday I was bloody busy with Moot Club meeting at *supposedly* 12noon, then as always, we only convened at around 1, and it took about 45 minutes, and by that time time is running out already as my Arabic Lecturer wanted to start class half an hour earlier than the 3pm schedule. Perhaps she wanted to go home earlier. But then again, she didn’t show up cuz she was sick. At ITL (Introduction to Law, Ms Nadz’s class) we were told there’s gonna be a Parliamentary Debate, and we were divided into 3 groups; A,B, and C with the Government Ministers and the Opposition consisting of 4 people respectively. I got group B. GOV-freakin-MENT!! I’ve never had the chance to be in the opposing team, which I think is much much easier. Aaah..ever the pessimist aren’t we? Anyway, it’s always been the opinion of mine that it’s easier to find the holes in something than trying to uphold it. Hmmm…She’ll tell us the details next week, hopefully. The thing’s in like…2 weeks or something. Damn. Busy, busy, busy, busy, need a vacation! Then in about five weeks we’ll have the Legal Career Exhibition, which I’ve aptly shortened to LXPO. Apparently, without any form of formal consensus, I’m to be the Project Manager/Team Leader/Director…whatever you might wanna call it. They pretty much left it for me to decide. Meeesh. It’s not that I’m being a control freak or something, but I kinda appreciate it. Though it’s gonna be quite a challenge now hence. I need to think about a LOT of things, dude…GPL 1 (General Principles of Law 1) is pretty damn neat, though. It’s basically A-Levels Law, with tons of English cases. Reading cases have yet to become a burden to me. The judges’ notes are dead hilarious! In the first semester we’re only gonna learn Law of Contract, which I thought was gonna be a sedative (dude…I love serial killers..contracts? peesh!) but turns out it’s fun after all! Great thing bout it is my friend and I will crack some stupid "Contract" jokes and people who’ve yet to read on the topic or are not Law students might not understand. To think about it, I’ve two tutorials to complete. *sigh*. Tutorials in Oxbridge is between a max of 3 students and a tutor who is a resident at the same college. No matter, I can always go there for my Masters *amiiiiinnnnn*. ILH (Islamic Legal History) is cool too I guess. Can’t wait to really use the Quran translation as a textbook hohohoho~~~~I’m lovin the subjects. Even Arabic which has 12 contact hours (that’s a whole lotta contact hours mind you!) is great! It helps that the Ustazah is damn good, she just makes everything seem easy. Downside….I left my book by accident at Aroma Cafe, realized it later that night, went there the next day and the taukeh there said he gave it to someone since he thought it was real urgent. I’m praying to God whoever that was who got my book would just leave it there so i can go pick it up! Damn! I’ve done tons of exercise in there dude!Law books are real expensive, too~~

Now I’m doin research on the stuff I need to put in the booklet for the Moot Workshop. It’s getting pretty late, but what needs to be done must be done! Ganbarou ze!!!
