"..This particular band is my ultimate favorite when it comes to music. Meds here is Placebo’s latest album, their sixth I believe. Their previous one is actually a compilation/remix album with two new songs which are to die for, and this one I believe doesn’t disappoint either. This one’s more mellow, as most bands tend to go after four-five albums. They grow up, their sounds mature, their lyrics more dark than it was. Placebo, in case I haven’t told you, is IMO, the kind of band whose songs you need to take a listen to more than once. Some songs strike you straight away, but most of the stuff on their albums need a good listen, and you’ll just find them indespensable and will find yourself listening to them and only them for weeks.

My personal favorite on this album (the ultimate indespensable favorite) is Blind. It’s so angsty it’s not even funny. In this album they talk a lot about relationships and their complexity, which I have never experienced therefore might not understand but since I am a fanfic writer (somewhat..)I do enjoy my dose of good ‘ol angst, and this album’s chuck full of it. This is just my take, if you would like to add something please do. I won’t eat you. Or will I…?…"

I won’t write a long one here, just my take on the songs, and if I am not lazy I shall elaborate more but now I am, so…I’ve graciously (haha snobby, much?!) put a link to Amazon (always a great place to "know" your stuff before you buy them) where you can listen to their snippets. It’s HARD to find their album in Malaysia, by the way. I will rate them by PANCAKES! haha YAY! 1-5 pancakes, as usual, and if it’s so worth it I shall call it Wilson’s Macadamia Nut Pancake! If it’s too bad, I’ll just put it as Murder On The Kitchen Floor. Clear? Aight! Proceed!!
